  The ministry is based in Budapest, Hungary reaching out into the communities wherever the Bayash Roma are located. The Bayash Roma are found in three major locations; the northern border region of Croatia where it runs along the Drava River next to Hungary. In Hungary itself the Bayash are located in the south in Zala, Somogy, Tolna and Baranya counties. In Serbia the principle Bayash Roma communities are along the Danube River region in the north of the country.
