The RBU strategy is conventional in its approach to Church planting:
1. Identify target communities in each of the main countries.
2. Create avenues of contact to the communities.
3. Utilize a pre-evangelism process to bring into being a family Bible study or Chidlren's club.
4. Bring in a Church pllanter to take over the work and create a mission station.
5. Develop the mission station into a Church under the leadership of a Church planter.
6. Develop discipleship programs to nurture indigenous leadership.
7. Hand over leadership to Bayash leaders. |
